Reporting To: Team Leader/ Service Delivery Manager
Role: To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- To converse with all our clients across the globe using the highest standard of English
- To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service.
Experience:
Freshers – should have completed a minimum of 12th standard with 3 years of graduation/ diploma (or) a minimum of 10th standard with 3 years of graduation/ diploma (preferably completed graduation)
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and Internet navigation skills
- Basic typing skills and web research skills
