Reporting To: Team Leader/ Service Delivery Manager 

Role: To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service. 

Responsibilities:  

  • To converse with all our clients across the globe using the highest standard of English 
  • To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service.  

Experience:  

Freshers – should have completed a minimum of 12th standard with 3 years of graduation/ diploma (or) a minimum of 10th standard with 3 years of graduation/ diploma (preferably completed graduation) 

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Basic computer knowledge and Internet navigation skills 
  • Basic typing skills and web research skills
